1、 Product core indicators: ultra-high purity, superior to international standards
The main grade of the electrolytic copper plate produced by the company is stably controlled at 99.99% or above, with a typical value of up to 99.995%, fully meeting the requirements of the London Metal Exchange (LME) A-level cathode copper delivery standard and the Chinese national standard GB/T 467-2010 for high-purity cathode copper (Cu-CATH-1).

Through precise electrolyte purification, synergistic regulation of additives, and optimized current density distribution, the total impurity content in the company's products can be controlled below 30 ppm, significantly exceeding the LME standard requirement of 65 ppm upper limit. The extremely low impurity content endows electrolytic copper plates with excellent conductivity (≥ 101% IACS) and thermal conductivity, providing high-quality raw materials for downstream deep processing.
2、 Surface quality and physical properties: dense and smooth, processing friendly
The company adopts the high current density electrolysis process and multi additive collaborative control technology developed by Professor Wu's team at Zhejiang University. The cathode copper plate produced has the following outstanding physical characteristics:
·Smooth and flat surface: no pores, no dendritic crystals, no grains, both sides present a uniform rose red metallic luster.
·High density: Copper plate has a fine crystalline structure, no internal cracks or looseness, and is not easily cracked during processing.
·Uniform thickness: The thickness deviation of the entire board is controlled within ± 0.5 mm, which facilitates subsequent cutting, packaging, and transportation.
·Easy to process: It has good cold bending performance and ductility, suitable for the production of rolled copper rods, copper wires, copper foils, and various copper alloy products.
The company is equipped with an online surface quality inspection system, which automatically performs optical recognition on each cathode copper plate, eliminates products with obvious surface defects, and ensures the consistency of the appearance quality of the copper plate when it leaves the factory.
3、 Quality stability: fully controlled throughout the process, consistent batches
Relying on the full process quality control system designed by the technical team of Zhejiang University, every step of Oresmelt from raw material storage to finished product delivery is strictly controlled.
Raw material control: The incoming copper concentrate and crude copper are both detected by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) or inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES), and the copper grade and more than ten impurity elements are quantitatively analyzed to ensure that the raw materials meet the requirements for electrolytic process access.
Process control: A distributed control system (DCS) is deployed in the electrolysis workshop to monitor and automatically adjust core parameters such as electrolyte temperature (58-62 ℃), copper ion concentration (40-50 g/L), sulfuric acid concentration (160-200 g/L), cell voltage (0.2-0.3 V), and current density in real-time. Additives (bone glue, thiourea, hydrochloric acid) are precisely added by an automatic dosing device according to the set program, eliminating human operation fluctuations.
Finished product testing: Each batch of electrolytic copper plates is sampled and tested according to national or international standards, including main grade (electrochemical method or ICP method), full analysis of impurity elements, surface quality, thickness, and appearance dimensions. Test data input into the quality management system to achieve full process traceability.

Each copper plate is clearly labeled with furnace number, batch number, net weight, and production date, and a quality certificate (including chemical composition, physical properties, and testing methods) is provided with the goods.
